new york photo/schooool today

In order to forget about school, I am going to put up some
more New York pictures since I have nothing new or exciting.

But, first....

SCHOOL

Haha.
I don't even know where to begin.
It's not good, but it's not bad either.
I'm just hoping this year flies by.

NEW YORK

I positively adore New York.
Seriously.
It's amazing.
I wish so, so, so badly that I could move there.
There's even a "bohemian" part of town. Good Lord.
But minimum wage is like, $7.35, and the cheapest studio appartment
I found was over $2,000.
I guess that just means I would have to find people to live with.
Uggggg.
Imagine being able to take the subway to Central Park every freaking day.
With a dog.
I can't even think about it. =\

This was our view from our hotel.
haha
More tall hotels. Amazing.
I didn't mind because I thought it was funny.

This store was insane. Everything was $2.99 and they had really cool jewelry.
It was so big, too!

Some remembrance ribbons on the gate of a really cool looking church.

It's like the ferries we have here, except these are orange.
And this ferry is free.
It goes to Staten Island and stuff for commuters.

My inconspicuous way of taking a picture of myself...haha
"I'm on a boat..." haha or not.

There was like, 5 of these guys paddling on surfboards....

Times Square.
Good for my ADD mind :]

There was Harry Potter advertisement everywhere. Especially in the subways.
This one was HUGE. You can see the one it was next to with Harry and Dumbledore above ^

This was a sculpture they had just put in front of the twin towers, and they were able to salvage it.
Photobucket

And they've kept the flame burning since 9/11.
Taking a boat past where the towers were made me realize how freakishly horrifying it would have been to be there. Like, really.

Queens/Brooklyn Tunnel, I think. (well, a walkway going over the bridge/tunnel)
Ahhhhhh!
Sufie is making a movie about this tunnel.
With a soundtrack.
UG. I wish I could live in Brooklyn with Sufjan, Rosie Thomas and Sondre Lerche. And thousands of other amazing individuals. BAH.

I love subways.
Omg.
